Metal Sawing

Eldred Sheet Metal Works, LP offers metal sawing. Metal sawing is the process by which metal is cut with a band saw or metal abrasive blade. Metal sawing leaves a clean straight cut. Part that are saw cut can then be prepped for welding by grinding or beveling the edges to accept certain weld beads in accordance with weld specifications. Eldred can saw cut square tubing, angle, channel, round bar, flat bar, square bar, beam, tubing and pipe in carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and various alloys. Eldred can saw cut items up to 14 inches in width, up to 15 inches in height and up to 20 feet in length. Pieces can be mitered to varying degrees.
